📄️ Campaigns
A campaign allows you to automate the targeting of, and sending to, your contacts.
📄️ Contacts
A contact is a person you wish to send SMSes to.
📄️ Custom Fields
Custom fields allow you to attach arbitrary data to a contact.
📄️ Dashboard
Your dashboard gives you an overall summary of how your campaigns and categories are doing. You can focus on specific campaigns/categories using the filters at the top of the page.
📄️ Hooks
Hooks are different actions that can be triggered when a contact replies to a send from a campaign. There are currently 2 hook types available:
📄️ Integrations
Integrations allow you to link your Dripcel account to various 3rd-party platforms. After linking, Dripcel will interact with these other platforms automatically, performing various functions.
📄️ Profile
Your Profile is where you will find your organisation details, members, alerts, API keys and profile settings.
📄️ Replies
After sending an SMS, a contact can reply. Dripcel will capture this reply, and categorise it into one of three types:
📄️ Reports
Reports give you detailed information about your sends, replies, clicks, and financials.
📄️ Sales
The sales function allows you to manually upload a list of converted sales for a given contact, on a given campaign. These sales will be used for various other function throughout the platform, such as the financial report, and dashboard.
📄️ Segments
A segment is a group of criteria used to narrow down a list of contacts. When applied to a campaign, the segment will help determine which contacts can possibly be sent to.
